1. You can choose your choice out of the 6 different languages the app has.. This is a beautiful concept.This obviously assumes that I know quite a bit about acupuncture... I am wanting to learn... But I appreciate what the owner is doing! Acupuncture is essential and needs to be covered by all insurances! The insurance companies would save a ton of money!I think it is a very helpful app when you want to learn about acupuncture.

1. Fix Shen-Acupuncture Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shen-Acupuncture: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shen-Acupuncture App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shen-Acupuncture" » Open Shen-Acupuncture » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shen-Acupuncture » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shen-Acupuncture app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shen-Acupuncture servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shen-Acupuncture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shen-Acupuncture app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shen-Acupuncture might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shen-Acupuncture. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shen-Acupuncture then reinstall.
