1. Of course they want you to see them! I tried to change my default sound but could find no way to do so.I have looked for a meditation app that met all my needs for a long time, and I finally found one! I have fibromyalgia, and I have trouble falling asleep because of muscle tension.

3. This one is GOLD.a really great app! it's completely free, with downloadable sessions and music for unguided meditation.

4. I use it to fall asleep at night, but for quite awhile now, it's been abruptly stopping the meditation on it's own after about 20 minutes, which takes me out of my meditative state and I have to start it over, or try to find where I previously was.

6. The sleep timer for the music/sounds is a great feature! You set your time, the music/sound plays on a loop while your phone is on sleep mode, it stops when the time is up and it doesn't kill your battery.This app is amazing.

7. It has several types of guided meditation that allow you to learn new styles or return to old ones easily, and it even has timers and background soundtracks that can be used for focus or relaxation.

8. there is also a journal section of the app, which i didn't think i would use, but now i find it very helpful! if you're considering meditation as a beginner, or you're just trying to find the right app, try this one.I use it every night.

9. The muscle relaxation meditation is my favorite as this one makes a huge difference.

1. Fix Deep Meditate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Deep Meditate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Deep Meditate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Deep Meditate" » Open Deep Meditate: Relax & Sleep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Deep Meditate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Deep Meditate: Relax & Sleep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Deep Meditate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Deep Meditate: Relax & Sleep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Deep Meditate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Deep Meditate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Deep Meditate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Deep Meditate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Deep Meditate not working

2. Fix Deep Meditate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Deep Meditate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Deep Meditate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Deep Meditate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
