1. He has a lovely soothing voice, with a pleasant Scots accent, and the guidance is just what I need to calm my racing ADHD brain during times of distress.I've been using this app and loved it for years now but since the update it's a load of rubbish.
2. Very disappointed, please revert it back to the way it was before the update, no longer works for me.I love the meditation, but the app is difficult to navigate and it automatically starts playing another track that wakes me up after I finally fell asleep.
3. Disappointed.lately the app just crashes halfway through playing like an old record player that's gets stuck and playing loud crashing noises that definitely won't get you into any deep sleep but more like a heart attack.
