1. Also would be great if we could choose it to be silent by default in the settings or something.I have tried A LOT of breathing apps so far and this is the best app hands down! It not only provides you with different breathing techniques, but it also explains how they work so you actually understand what you are doing.
2. It would be great if there was a function where we could choose to mute the sound of the meditation and follow the breathing rhythm only through the animation or vibration.
3. Only slight complaint is that it is subscription based but I guess that is the world we live in now?This is the best breathwork app by a mile! The layout and design is really nice and there is such a huge range of breathwork techniques to choose from.
4. Just close my eyes and feel the phone vibrate to let me know when to inhale, exhale or hold.Super stripped back - perfect as an entry point for beginners, or for experienced people who want brief and practical reminders of fundamental concepts.
5. If you're used to audio queues for breathing, your options are really low-res cartoon bell sounds, or an incredibly close recording of someone's stuffy nose.
