Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Online Trading Issues
1. Fix Online Trading Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Online Trading: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Online Trading App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Online Trading" » Open Online Trading: No Commissions » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Online Trading » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Online Trading: No Commissions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Online Trading servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Online Trading: No Commissions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Online Trading app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Online Trading might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Online Trading. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Online Trading then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Online Trading not working
