1. Making hard to take the money out, my last 2 withdrawals are pending for a week now, no support available, they just turned off their support chats like a month ago, removed staking (the only reason to use this app at all) but won't return locked funds, so they are just collecting my staking and keeping 100% while they advertised themselves as keeping 0%.

3. Balance prior to the last day always shows zero.I'm not sure what is going on with okcoin? I guess they are not Ok.. My account has switched over to Euro although all my info and banking is US in their system.

4. I've reset the password multiple times to no avail and to add to this, Customer service is very incompetent.Took away spot trading, i dont even trade.

5. You kno nz has different driver licenses than you guys ?I'm completely ok with an exchange having to halt trading for a while but receiving an email notification would be good at least.

1. Fix Okcoin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Okcoin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Okcoin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Okcoin" » Open Okcoin - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Okcoin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Okcoin - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Okcoin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Okcoin - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Okcoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Okcoin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Okcoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Okcoin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Okcoin not working

2. Fix Okcoin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Okcoin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Okcoin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Okcoin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
