1. After, giving me a price to buy it and trying to use it, I found that they set me at beginner level with exercises that would be considered warm ups rather than a workout.
2. Who's going to pull out their phone when they decide to eat?? Also please add options to choose sound layers - timer, instruction, and coaching.
3. Also tying in water consumption and fasting is great...except I'm not able to track my fasting because you can't enter the times you start and stop.
4. I understand all the negative reviews about it hard to watch on your phone, but after you know how to do the movements there is really no need to watch the screen, just concentrate on the exercise.
5. I selected the weekly plan to test it out, and I didn't notice I would keep paying until I cancel.
6. I have also found it impossible to reach teach support to help with the issue and cancel the service.
7. Unfortunately I need to cancel due to job loss and the app will not let me manage my subscription.
8. There is no cancel option on the app, so I tried to search the web to log in their website.
9. I am using and android phone and could not find any where to track weight.
10. I don't need a robot telling me I'm doing great.50lbs down and I'm in the best shape I've been in almost a decade.
11. Workouts are not customizable, you can't create your own and once you make the mistake of starting a workout just to see what it's like it's marked as completed and you can't restart it again.

I have subscribed to FitCoach app on my iPhone for 1 year. And was not able to login.
I was registering my new account, after filling out all info when I went to finalize my account I was offered the add ons, for a discounted price. I tried to click and apply the add ons and the app would not let me click on it. It froze. So in an attempt to move pass that and finalize my account registration I declined. Next I was promptly to add my email. The app would not accept my email and again, basically froze. Please contact me with any information that would help. Thank you.
I have just discovered that an automated 1 year premium subscription payment was taken off my credit card for "FitCoach Personalised Fitness" service. The transaction ID is GPA 3307-2923-1404-30429-0 via G-Pay. It seems that I paid for the app on 5 Nov 2020 and never used the app, and the subscription has automatically been renewed. I had no problem with it and wanted to use it, but it appears that my subscription isn't connected to any of my emails so I can't reclaim a password reset, as if I actually don't have an account at all. How is this possible and how can I connect my subscription with my email (linguapax@redacted) and start using the app?

I cannot find my subscription details ANYWHERE and I’ve followed all the steps I’ve found in order to track it down. The option to cancel is not in the app nor is it in my Apple iPhone subscription settings. I want the option to cancel it if I want to. My free trip is almost up and I may or may not want to continue with my subscription. I was trying to see how much it was going to cost me to keep it but that information is nowhere to be found.
