1. I used the forgot password option, but the link they sent me says "page not found".Terrible! Uploading Ovulation test strip results takes FOREVER if it even does it! Not very user friendly.

2. What in the world is wrong with this app, and how do people have success with it.Update broke the app... At first the test strip images wouldn't save and would freeze the app but now the app simply crashes any time I try to open it.

3. Use Flo or Premom 🙌App is great, except you have to start a new account if you forget your password and are switching phones.

4. Worst app ever!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.I tried to create account and it says account already exists.

6. No privacy notice, no one to contact about my supposed existing account but not so much.

1. Restart easy@home fertility tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the easy@home fertility tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "easy@home fertility tracker" » Open easy@home fertility tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for easy@home fertility tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear easy@home fertility tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from easy@home fertility tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "easy@home fertility tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check easy@home fertility tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, easy@home fertility tracker might not work.
