1. You can only listen to the first recording in the free version, and the alarm still went off this morning (on my day off!) even though it was turned off/not selected for the schedule.
2. Wish I hadn't gotten the lifetime and had only signed for a trial.The app is great to fall asleep, but the "highlights" of snoring/noises throughout the night is literally recorded in 30 min increments all night - and nothing really gets recorded - even at the "peaks".
3. Good points: very customizable sleep ritual.The sound for some reason turns itself off when I open the app, then I have to close the app completely, manually turn the sound back up, then go back into the app for it to work.
4. Also, I set the time I usually wake up at in the beginning, and made sure not to check "alarm" on the checklist setup for the night.
5. My phone is only 2 feet away from me and it doesn't record anything unless I happen to wake in the middle of the night and get up.
6. I could see on my phone what time it was going to go off the next morning! And none of the snore and voice tracking "highlights" are actually me, they are all traffic outside! So disappointing!*UPDATE* They won't stop emailing me after unsubscribing TWICE.
7. That said, this app often crashes abruptly (despite no other apps on my phone being open ie taking up memory, etc), which obviously stops the noise abruptly.
8. You can listen to ONE recording with the free version and even then, there's a weird musical soundtrack overlayed on the recording! This app is WACK.
9. What portion of that 30 minutes is being recorded? Less than 1/10th of the time segment does not give an accurate reflection of what is going on.
10. Not a big deal, but why give a choice?I fall asleep to the sound of a plane engine every night, and I love it.
11. Then once I did it I could tell the smart alarm(supposed to wake you up in light sleep) was randomly picked the night before.

Hi I have cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended but still got charged for a 6 month period. There's no way I can afford this since I lost my income due to the pandemic and I have uninstalled the app after unsubscribing so I have not been using it after the cancellation. I really need a refund.

Hello I would like to please get a refund of the $61 I got taken out of my account. I downloaded this free app and no where did it say that it cost any money. I am not even using the app I just would like my money back. I have sent 4 emails and have had no reply.
