1. I hit 3 payouts in the first week and have not been able to collect any of the payments due to all the other tasks you have to complete before actually receiving the payment because some of them you can only do so many times per day and due to consecutive check ins.

2. The (supposedly) final task is to "check in with the app for 3 consecutive days." However when I go to check in, the button does not work, making it impossible to cash out.

10. I played the mini games it required before I could cash out, which took a few more days.

1. Fix Step Booster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Step Booster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Step Booster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Step Booster" » Open Step Booster » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Step Booster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Step Booster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Step Booster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Step Booster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Step Booster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Step Booster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Step Booster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Step Booster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Step Booster not working

2. Fix Step Booster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Step Booster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Step Booster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Step Booster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
