1. Looking forward to find more improvements in the near future.You can adjust how the app categorizes blood pressure readings into low, normal or high by tapping the Settings icon on the lower right corner of the app’s main page, then your photo at the top of the next page and finally BP.

2. If you reach a personal target, like steps, the E66 will vibrate and light up with a icon and the word "completed."We have been using the app for a few months & have been happy with it until the app was updated to ver 1.26.16. It still works, but we don't like the new format at all.

3. The same weather info will appear in the app when you tap the Activity icon at the bottom of the app’s main page.

4. Please fix and updateI don't like the new layout at all and it blew away all my health data...Overall, it works! Lots of details and clear that effort has been spent.

5. If it doesn’t, turn on GPS/location on your phone and in Settings on your phone (not app), be sure that the app has permission to access GPS/location when the app is active.

6. I'd like to see a timeout setting for the screen, more online help, more themes, and other refinements... But, importantly, the foundation is there and functionality is working.

7. According to the specially printed card that came with the box, the proper ECG test method is to use two fingers together to press on the dial, one at the top of the dial and the other at the metal plate at the bottom of the dial.

8. No longer tells you of phone calls, email or text messages.The app was working fine until a few weeks ago.

9. On the EGG detection page, tap the icon with the three dots at the upper right corner of the page.

10. A big circle will show the proportion of the color-coded “grades” on the left side of the page.

11. The new history graphics help with trends of the data collectApp totally changed...no longer works.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SmartHealth Issues

1. Fix SmartHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SmartHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SmartHealth App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartHealth" » Open SmartHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartHealth » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SmartHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartHealth servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SmartHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartHealth might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartHealth then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartHealth not working


2. Fix SmartHealth Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartHealth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartHealth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartHealth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
