1. They are challenging sometimes which is great, feels like I'm actually doing something for my body! Really appreciate there is a free version too! Like that you can modify the time of the exercises and have clear instructions.
2. Just remember to do a stretch afterward! My legs were v achy after just the first two sessions (because I'm rather unfit!!! š¤£).Is a grate way to get better at health dose not cost is a great way to stay in shape and prevent health problems this app is really helpfulPretty good workout even if you don't buy the subscription.
3. The only thing that I'd suggest to improve on is the voice (sounds like a robot) and more obvious alerts about taking breaks between exercises (I had to keep checking the screen to get the prompt)Great variety and selection of exercises for a quick workout.
4. After paying for the pro version, which was only a one time charge if a couple dollars, I love that I can customize my own workouts with any of the moves I want.
5. There is a great variety of exercises (with easy to understand visuals and instructions) and easily customisable.
6. Also, the AI doesn't do a great job of describing the movements if I was just using her voice o would be doing a totally different movement then her.Big fan of this app to keep me active at home.
7. There are lots of different moves and the animation does a good job demonstrating them, though the verbal instructions are less clear.
8. Would love if my progress could be sync to my garmin watch though.I love the variety and how you can modify each workout for your level.
9. While I think a lot of the pre-programmed workouts are too short, I can always do multiples in a day or make my own workouts.I really liked it at the start but the animations and the videos and not showing and it's affecting the whole experience.
10. They're pretty simple but effective.I love the app, its user-friendly... The instructions are clear and the tutorial as well.
11. Having a hard time following the workouts without the animations.
