Club Pilates Customer Insights

1. Why does it show a list of your past classes (nice addition) but not a list of your upcoming bookings?! Doesn't make any sense! Bring back the calendar view (not just the letter/number scrolling horizontally at the top) and the ability to view a list of classes booked.

2. The calendar takes up most of the page, so you can only see a sliver of your booked classes for the month, which is really annoying.

3. Plus, do I really need to see a "dot" on the calendar that represents cancelled classes? How is this helpful, especially since the dot is the same shape/color as the dot used for booked classes? Argh!This is not an upgrade from the old app.

4. Wish I could go back to older app.The app is an easy way to select, book classes, view your profile, and track your workout/instructor history.

5. This doesn't show you a LIST of your booked classes.

6. I want to see a listing of all my booked classes in one screen shot like before.

7. When looking up an instructor, their classes and schedule s/b listed for easy booking.

8. The old CP app was MUCH better! I could see all my classes for the month on a full screen, which makes it much easier to get a screenshot for the month.

9. Very inconvenient and has been broken too long.It's a good app to schedule classes.

10. You are unable to see all of your scheduled classes on one full screen--only a tiny bit shows up on the bottom.

11. Having to click on each individual day isn't helpful when you're trying to get an overview of what classes you're in to ensure variety.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Club Pilates Issues

1. Fix Club Pilates Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Club Pilates: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Club Pilates App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Club Pilates" » Open Club Pilates » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Club Pilates » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Club Pilates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Club Pilates servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Club Pilates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Club Pilates app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Club Pilates might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Club Pilates. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Club Pilates then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Club Pilates not working


2. Fix Club Pilates Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Club Pilates be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Club Pilates not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Club Pilates may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
