1. After every exercise one will get rest of 30 sec and he/she can skip it if they want to but rest is also important for the beginners.one thing which I feel that there is need of music while exercising if you can add option of playing music from any app or local music 🎵 in it so it becom more great to useGreat.. The UI is great too.
2. For example, bicep curls in one exercise seems too easy for an exercise that also includes x20 punches while holding weights, which will just damage your shoulders if they're too heavy.It makes the plan according to the person and the voice command is the way good option .
3. One bug tho, when the rest timer is on, you can view the next exercise on the bottom, and when you click on that next exercise, the rest timer stops, even if I wait a minute after the rest timer was on, when I get back to it it will be the same.
4. There is no need to touch the phone between exercise voice command explains everything in a great way.
5. Other than that it's fineee 😄The instructions are easy to use and follow, the ads are well timed and don't pop up when doing exercises or anything, the AI voice instruction is also not that bad.
6. If you want to shift and exercise, or maybe that workout equipment is at another part of the gym, tough luck.
7. And there's a whole ton of clearly fake reviews on it as well.I just loved it! Was looking for a consistent exercise schedule but I didnt know where to start.
8. The rest period between exercises is perfect, but I like that you can add more time, & even skip the rest altogether.
9. I also like the fact that when it gives you an exercise that has reps, there is no timer, you can go at your own pace.
10. Plan to stick with it this time around, so I don't lose the muscle.The app works fantastically, but I found that one of the workouts that I was doing was too much for me to handle at the moment.
11. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I've been very happy w/this app.Great UI, not cluttered, is straight forward and simple, and has great workouts.
