1. Just fantastic! I WILL be downloading the full Swordit fitness app after I reach my first goal of sticking to a stretching routune for 1 full week!Still need to work on making myself use this consistently, but that is by no fault of the app! Its super easy to use, you can quickly start a workout of any length.
2. I've started with the full body stretch - different movements are easy to follow as you are shown what to do, you can pick duration and it works offline too which is great.
3. I really like to use this app during my office hours to just have a quick stretch without it being to taxingLove this stretching app! The videos show you exactly what to do and you can PAUSE in order to get in position or rewind if you missed it or want a do over.
4. I can see it hasnt been updated since 2016 so clearly wont be improving anytime soon.I have suffered from a bad back for about 2 years, after seeing a chiropractor they recommended the app to help guide me with stretches.
5. You can use only Apple music(I am Android user) or Spotify (which isn't supported in my country).Needed a good stretching app.
6. It has actual giff's of people doing the stretching, so it's easy to get in position and do the exercises correctly.
7. Great stretches and I love that you can customize the duration of your workout.I really liked the Nexercise App.
8. Easy Spotify playlists help you get going quickly.I love this app.
9. I can see myselfe loving it just the same.Would be good if it eased you into different stretches, not everyone is advanced or flexible.
10. It doesn't bombard you with subscription notifications and popups and it's really easy to navigate with straightforward directions.
11. Used others but got back to this as none compared to it.Good app but for beginners its difficult to follow as transition period from one exercise to another is too fast.
