However, when doing the workout the phone only vibrates to let you know when to begin and when to stop which is hard to catch.in general well planned app, but I am doubting there is enough info about how to do this exercise without damaging your body... it is important to mention, that lower back should stick to the mat, but it is not... avatar is having unhealthy arch in the lower back all the time... I can only wonder how much I am doing this exercises in a physiologically healthy way.
2. I do wish it would say it's finished after the last workout, but otherwise it makes for an efficient, quick workout.Great workout for Abs you can set the length of tine to do each excersize as well as the rest time .Awesome luv it.
3. and after payment it still does not allow me to set my rest time.Perfect for doing at home, can adjust time length on exercises and rest periods to make the same workouts easier or more difficult.
4. You can even make your own custom workout in a set order or random.I love the customisability as well as the different graphs and that gives feedback on the workouts done.
5. I do not regret buying the paid version!I downloaded the app and tried putting in my measurements before starting and they have it in ft/in and doesn't make sence... didnt even get to try the a tual workout, just deleted it.
