1. Error message pops up everytime.Horrible tried to access my account and it says that my account is not configured to the app and i need to contact customer serviceWill not allow me to log in with credentials that work on other devices.

2. uses text messages to verify but you can't view the text because the makes you start over.Doesn't work! Numerous attempts to log in on app.

3. Please fix this ASAPWas this a prepackaged app or something that you purchased from China or India? Just like others have stated the app just logs you out when you try to get your code or to use their own authenticator and you have to start all over again.

4. Tried logging in twice with verification code and both times got error messages.

5. One of the better government contracts..Once verified, I tried to login using the app and it starts my credentials are incorrect.

1. Fix ID.me Trusted Referee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ID.me Trusted Referee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ID.me Trusted Referee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ID.me Trusted Referee" » Open ID.me Trusted Referee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ID.me Trusted Referee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ID.me Trusted Referee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ID.me Trusted Referee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ID.me Trusted Referee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ID.me Trusted Referee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ID.me Trusted Referee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ID.me Trusted Referee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ID.me Trusted Referee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ID.me Trusted Referee not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ID.me Trusted Referee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ID.me Trusted Referee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ID.me Trusted Referee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
