It's missing basic features like the ability to rearrange your codes, and I opened the app today to find that a bunch of codes I'd deleted (in an attempt to alphabetize the list by readding everything in order) had reappeared, and everything was out of order.In theory this is a good app, but it doesn't allow for uploading of a state id, or, at least I can't find a way to do it, though it does allow for school and work -- teacher, student, and a couple others.

I cant access my irs account and the support system is no good to anybody as they just repeat to do the same steps over and over again.EDIT: Thanks to the new update this is resolved and it is back to working nicely! Original: This app was working perfectly fine until the latest update where it completely removed the names of the websites/accounts that are linked to the codes.

4. I have to guess which of the 8 codes generated are being used for the account I need whoch removes the whole purpose of authentication.The most frustration experience ever! This APP is slow, hard to work with & glitchy.

1. Fix ID.me Authenticator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ID.me Authenticator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ID.me Authenticator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ID.me Authenticator" » Open ID.me Authenticator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ID.me Authenticator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ID.me Authenticator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ID.me Authenticator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ID.me Authenticator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ID.me Authenticator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ID.me Authenticator might not work.
