1. EXILIM Remote is a very useful application that allows you to send images to your smartphone using the Wi-Fi function of your CASIO digital camera or to use your smartphone as a remote control for the camera.

2. Connection with the camera may be affected when using a smartphone or other device with a function for “automatically switching Wi-Fi networks (Auto network switch)”.

3. Allows you to select and send still images or video clips captured with your camera to your smartphone.

4. Allows you to remotely operate your camera with your smartphone to capture images.

6. A compatible digital camera is required to run this application.

1. fix it.Can't connect to my Samsung c5 suddenly👌Working fine with my camera Casio EX-ZR850 using all of my phone (LG G3, LG L90, Sony M), tablet (Samsung note 8.0). Love it.

2. Very useful because everytime we travel holiday just two of us and we can take our photo anywhere using our phone as remote control for the camera.

1. Fix EXILIM Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EXILIM Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EXILIM Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EXILIM Remote" » Open EXILIM Remote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EXILIM Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EXILIM Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EXILIM Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EXILIM Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EXILIM Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EXILIM Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EXILIM Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EXILIM Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EXILIM Remote not working

2. Fix EXILIM Remote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EXILIM Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EXILIM Remote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EXILIM Remote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
