I will install this app again if anyone can fix this mistake.IT'S VERY BAD I can't draw,and when I put edit it give me a lot of ads and then it says " unfortunately procreate has stopped working" ugh I T IS THE WORST if your reading this get ibis paint is is better than this thing ughhh I am sooooo mad I got everyone of them and the same ughhhhhIts really bad 😔 I thought it was a drawing app why would they call it Procreate ART! It says art in it's name not photo editor! Do not download the good reviews are probably people that knew that this was a photo editor so do not download it it's really bad if you expected that it was a an art program.

I've seen lots of people use this app and it worked for them on tiktok and other videos and so as an artist I was hoping that I would be able to use it for a little bit and see how it works cuz I really like the design and how the tools work because you know I saw all of the videos and honestly I am really sorry but the quality is that good it keeps on kicking me out saying that like at that access denied or something like that but I really still have hope that it will work.I can't even make a piece of art when using this app! A better app is definently Ibispaint but I wanted to try this app since I've seen so many artists use it and I wanted to try something new but it didn't work.

3. 1/10, would not recommendIt's good but I found this because of tik tok so I wanted to edit pictures but I don't think I can do it on this app so 3 out of 5 stars but if you can make pictures like how tiktok makes the pictures then please let me knowUgh.

1. Fix Procreate Art Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Procreate Art: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Procreate Art App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Procreate Art" » Open Procreate Art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Procreate Art » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Procreate Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Procreate Art servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Procreate Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Procreate Art app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Procreate Art might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Procreate Art. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Procreate Art then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Procreate Art not working

2. Fix Procreate Art Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Procreate Art be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Procreate Art not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Procreate Art may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
