2. App crashes from time to time and the ad that keeps wanting me to pay 17.99 a year gets annoying! Says I am some where I am not but can enter my own place that I am in but takes some time and does not save a very long list of places you have put into the system yourself.Not very fair ... I have the Insta Place Pro app which I paid for and it has not had any updates in years .. however here you are with a "brand new app" based off of the exact same features as the previous one.

3. But do not need this app for now, i did purchase this app with 7 days free trial and i canceled within 7 days period of time, i want to know that when will i receive my refund ? Please help me on this issue asap.I cannot use this app on Android 11.

4. But it still didnt work.My phone getting upgrade android 11 but this aplication getting slowly when open this app and take picture, please update this aplication to support android 11.

5. Lastly, thank you for resurrecting "instaplace", I missed it so MUCH!Needs to have a option for a monthly subscription and see how things go.

9. The meta data is there because maps can pinpoint (general area) the location from the video...thus 4 stars.

1. Fix Timestamp camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Timestamp camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Timestamp camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timestamp camera" » Open Timestamp camera - PhotoPlace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timestamp camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Timestamp camera - PhotoPlace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timestamp camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timestamp camera - PhotoPlace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
