1. received the converted video animation about 10 minutes later, it was not bad.Advert in the first 10 seconds of opening and cartoons are just stock images so you get the nearest thing, which was nothing like the photo I I used.

2. Uninstalled after 1 minute.I love this app very much! The problem is that I have to wait for the animated video to be converted, but the result is funny, so 5 stars.Good, keep it up.

3. Better than any similar apps available in the store in producing avatar but after using it for quite awhile, it stopped working.It was quite nice but the cartoon was not exactly like my image... Kindly make it in such a way that everyone can relate.

4. Can you please look into it? Edit: it's working if I take a photo from app itself, but if i select my portrait type, single person pic from gallery, it gives me this error.Very best caricature app i ever got from playstore.

1. Fix dzook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dzook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dzook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dzook" » Open dzook: Snap Your Animation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dzook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dzook: Snap Your Animation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dzook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dzook: Snap Your Animation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dzook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dzook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dzook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dzook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dzook not working

2. Fix dzook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dzook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dzook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dzook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
