1. In this case this app need to improve.The exercises are good , but ads are coming in every second and its really very irritating for not only me but all users who all are using this app........ Please try to control the adsIf I give it 0 stars I would.

2. Wanted access to my permissions that included things like 'read, delete, and take action on notifications from other apps' that's a big NOPE from me.Its good.

3. The app and workouts are ok but I had to disinstall the day after I install it due to the amount of unwanted ads I was receiving, not only when using it but all day long even when the app was closed.

4. Has ads that pop-up in front of all other apps when not even using this app.

5. Any time I opened my phone I had to close a few adds, even when reporting them as spam, the kept coming back.

6. Even when I'm not using it, as long as my internet connection is on, ads would always pop on my screen.

7. Have deleted the app without even using itI set my weight at 180lbs.

8. Horrible, it bombardes you with advertisements when you are in the middle of work out, even if you are not in the app or had opened the app.

9. Just extremely bad.Thought I had a virus, every time i unlock my screen I have an ad.

10. It's a waste of data.Installed and promptly deleted.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitness Time Issues

1. Fix Fitness Time Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitness Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitness Time App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitness Time" » Open Fitness Time » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitness Time » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitness Time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitness Time servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitness Time" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitness Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitness Time might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitness Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitness Time then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitness Time not working


2. Fix Fitness Time Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitness Time be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitness Time not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitness Time may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
