I wish you would replace those options for adding new items such as the stickers and and other things and the ability to have the options as before.I use to love this app but since the text part doesn't allow you to change the color of the text option or the size option! It's been failing like this for months and months now and this app was my go to, my favorite pic editing app!! I've been a loyal downloader of this app for over 5yrs!! This app was one of my top three apps that I distinctively downloaded to every one of my replacement/upgraded phones but the glitchs aren't even attempting to be getting fixed so I'm sadly deleting!I have used this app for years.

1. Fix Cymera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cymera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cymera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cymera" » Open Cymera - Photo Editor Collage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cymera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cymera - Photo Editor Collage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cymera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cymera - Photo Editor Collage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cymera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cymera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cymera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cymera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cymera not working

2. Fix Cymera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cymera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cymera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cymera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
