1. NOT BUYING IT AGAIN HERE.Can't share the immage.Trying to find it in my device ,but it shows "error"instead of opening the file.If your a person who just wants to push buttons and allow the software to do the job then this is for you ! A few tools missing here for people more inclined to do their own work ! Like finding the exit button ?! lol Geez ?1 GLA Photo Editor that actually let's you edit the photo--not just add cute frames or skins!DO NOT Install.

2. I still get ads ! What a waste of $3.99.Would not load images from Gallery or Photo locations and would not open camera to take a pic to try and edit...didn't work at all and wasn't as "Lite" as others I found with same options and features.

3. The PicShop Lite - Photo Editor walks my neophytic self through a lot of what is simply following directions.

4. Great app for a novice like me.Disappointed , the share or email icons don't work.

5. I'm obviously too late to get a refund! Very disappointed.I had the pro version from the amazon app store for years, suddenly stopped working.

7. The selection of frames is VERY limited & more , the 1st version is much better but won't run on Android 10.

1. Fix PicShop Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicShop Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicShop Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicShop Lite" » Open PicShop Lite - Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicShop Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicShop Lite - Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicShop Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicShop Lite - Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicShop Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicShop Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicShop Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicShop Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicShop Lite not working

2. Fix PicShop Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicShop Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicShop Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicShop Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
