1. Updating firmware from the app didn't initially work (presumably because of the outdated firmware), but there are pretty easy instructions online for updating via your SD card.Image transfer? I've registered the pairing, but somehow, every time I want to transfer, it takes me over an hour to connect.

2. Time to move to Sony?The UI definitely feels non-native and clunky, but if importing from your camera isn't working for you, you probably need to update your camera firmware! Once I updated my XT4 it worked.

4. Check FUJIFILM Camera Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FUJIFILM Camera Remote might not work.
