1. Updating firmware from the app didn't initially work (presumably because of the outdated firmware), but there are pretty easy instructions online for updating via your SD card.Image transfer? I've registered the pairing, but somehow, every time I want to transfer, it takes me over an hour to connect.
2. Time to move to Sony?The UI definitely feels non-native and clunky, but if importing from your camera isn't working for you, you probably need to update your camera firmware! Once I updated my XT4 it worked.
3. This wouldn't be a probablem if I could at least connect the app to my camera! It's stupidly user unfriendly.Please make sure you learn how to update the firmware of your camera via the SD card.
4. It's a good thing Fuji cameras are so dang good!Cannot connect to my Fuji X-E2 or X-T2 after update.
5. It would connect to the camera about half the time and usually if it wouldn't connect restarting the app or the phone would correct the problem.
6. One more note I noticed today... I took maybe 40 pictures today over the last 5ish hours... After importing to my phone but the app, all of them say they were taken within about 2 minutes of each other and the order is kind of random... It's correct on cam.Can't even load the image previews in full res.

8. Thank goodness the cameras themselves are awesome...The app seems to work... But it's clunky as hell, kinda slow, and has so much potential.
9. After the initial loading blur, the "refined" image is still far more pixelate than the actual jpeg on the camera.

11. We've been putting up with awful performance from this app for years; the least Fuji could do would be to make the new app useable for us.
