1. Pairing your watch with a smartphone enables use of a variety of different Mobile Link functions that greatly enhance the smartphone experience.

3. If the app does not operate properly with the smartphone in power saving mode, please turn off power saving mode before use.

4. The MR-G Connected app also simplifies certain watch operations by letting you perform them on your phone screen.

Do not buy a MRG watch if you want to use it with the app.NOTE FOR G-SHOCK AGENTS: THIS APP: Is a MAJOR part and feature of the PREMIUM LINE of Gshock watches that retail up to £6000 GBP ,do you really think you are doing the brand any favours by not prioritising repairs to this app ? The self update showing the time changes to BST in europe did not feature having taken place at ALL in this APP !even after being raised almost 1 month ago ! Is this a sign of what consumers can expect ?a GIMMICK ?THE LINE WILL LOSE CREDIBILITY ! Shall raise with casio hqCrashes all the time on my extra-exotic phone nobody should ever test for: galaxy s10+ For real.

2. Poor show there CASIO! Very disappointed with this app... Would NOT recommend to anyone! Don't even bother installing this app as it will sour your appreciation of your MR-G watch!Why is this a different app to G-Shock Connected? It means you have to have two apps continually in your Android notifications to keep all your watches synced, which is a fail.The app is absolutely useless.

3. It's so sad when such a great watch full of excellent technology is ruined by a poorly designed & inherently broken smartphone app that severely limits the functionality of the watch.

4. The app is meh but the watch is awesome.Much better than the Casio Watch app that replaces thisPay for Gassan.

1. Fix MR-G Connected Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MR-G Connected: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MR-G Connected App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MR-G Connected" » Open MR-G Connected » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MR-G Connected » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MR-G Connected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MR-G Connected servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MR-G Connected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MR-G Connected app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MR-G Connected might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MR-G Connected. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MR-G Connected then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MR-G Connected not working

2. Fix MR-G Connected Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MR-G Connected be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MR-G Connected not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MR-G Connected may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
