1. Can you follow up this issue? Thanks.Many times to enter the singpass password but cannot get through I using my password correctly some more I wrote at pic of Peper always come out invalid password can you please check for me what the matter.

2. Thank you.App worked perfectly until a recent update broke the Singpass login with any default browser other than Chrome.

3. And The QR code is not showing up and after i click and verify through singpass, it jump back to the webpage and ask me download SingPass App.intuitive app! not too shaby compare to other apps.

1. Fix CPF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CPF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CPF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CPF" » Open CPF Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CPF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CPF Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CPF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CPF Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CPF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CPF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CPF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CPF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CPF not working

2. Fix CPF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CPF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CPF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CPF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
