1. Please resolveAbsolute rubbish app, it takes forever to check in, it shows internet not available even though i have high speed internet and all other apps are working, facial recognition is very slow.Need to be more better in attendance, am working in night shift and punch in at 22:30 hrs and after 24th hr, it doesn't continue our timings, where we need to punch out at 07:30 morning it asks to Checkin again.

2. Whenevr I visit inner pages and go back to the dashboard, its layout is getting hampered, the center menu (for adding any leave, regularize or etc) hides from the bottom navigation items and all the screens with bottom bar shifts up and leaves white space in bottom.

3. After facing this issue, if I try to visit inner pages, white screens coming, I had to restart the app again to use it.Worst app, never work on time, whenever I try to check-in it says unable to fetch location.

4. Edit: how can I send a screenshot? Do you have an email please? I highly suspect the error is not ar your end but I want to be sure before I raise the issue with the board of directors.While I'm check out facing error - Saw error msg "unable to fetch location" already location on high accuracy but still sawing.

5. The app's layout gets hampered everytime whenever I visit inner pages like teammate's profile or my profile.

6. Our management says to Checkin again at 24th hr which completely not possible as no one remembers to do being busy with work.

7. If i checkout, the spinner keep spinning like 5-10 minutes and after that also sometimes it checksout sometimes it doesn't, the same is with checkin.

8. Finally it doesn't show our correct attendance.Absolute rubbish.

9. You cannot apply leave from Leaves section.

10. Just frustrating experience.App has stopped working and showing my holiday entitlement.

1. Fix Zoho People Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoho People: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoho People App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoho People" » Open Zoho People - HR Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoho People » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoho People - HR Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoho People servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoho People - HR Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoho People app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoho People might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoho People. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoho People then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoho People not working

2. Fix Zoho People Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoho People be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoho People not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoho People may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
