1. There is no way to save important messages or delete the ones not needed... It keeps sending notifications saying new message for old inquiries!! I unassigned conversation close the app... In 10 minutes , a notification for new messages! But it is still the old message!! Tried pause conversation! Still same problem, even tried black list consumer still comes in 10 minutes as new new inquiry! Lol So i deleted the app sadly as it is not usable! Well out dated app! Please improve itUtter garbage - some employees see a incoming chat notification before others...even when we are all on the same network.

2. Wish I could give ZERO stars, do not buy or pay for this service.Old version worked at first then started failing messages coming through slow or no notification, new version even worse and doesn't display messages at all!! (using android should that make any difference)On the go $$ making #1 sales, hummm, worked fine for a while but now all have problems signing in on mobile app, keeps asking 2 reset password after reset and re download mobile app.

3. BUT perfectly fine on desk top GRRRR Also work on Black listing the crazies.Shocking....... Pretty much like the last few reviews! You don't get notifications....and old messages keep popping back up as new enquiries I've just deleted now.

4. Super slow, reaction time sucks, and even hitting the message button within 1 second does nothing!!This app used to be great but now it takes a long time to notify a sales person that a chat is coming through.

5. Mobile app is sketchy at best and desktop version does not work with Chrome very well - why have it available in the Google play store if it doesn't connect well? Constantly losing chats/connections, and personally losing sales and money.

6. Does not update chat window fast enough so messages often repeated! No sign in auto featureThis app on any android device is pathetic.

7. If a genuine potential customer really want to get hold of you......they will.Shows notifications when no message from cust.

8. I've been bringing up several different issues to the support team over last 2 years or so and no resolution.

9. I will forward all info (and I have a lot of screen shots and screen videos of different issues) to Autotrader on Monday.

10. I get access to this garbage app thru my Autotrader package.

11. It became a worthless piece of garbage on my phone.

  1. Restart LivePerson Automotive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LivePerson Automotive App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LivePerson Automotive" » Open LivePerson Automotive » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LivePerson Automotive » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LivePerson Automotive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LivePerson Automotive servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LivePerson Automotive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LivePerson Automotive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LivePerson Automotive might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LivePerson Automotive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LivePerson Automotive then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LivePerson Automotive not working


2. Fix LivePerson Automotive Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LivePerson Automotive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
