Tried 10 different apps ( other ones cant logically determine via bar code what type of product is this and where to add it you need manually select everything but this one(BH) can determine and automatically add product to correct category).NOT FREE! I got a notification today saying my 30 day trial is 6 days from ending and requesting I pay for a monthly subscription.

2. So far so good!! I would have given it 5 stars, but I'm gonna wait on that until I give it a good test.Perfect app for SKU, also very correct configured barcode scanner logic for inventory management.

3. The fact that you can control inventory and get reminders for low stock is fantastic! Allowing to import via Excel makes inventory a breeze and few clicks to register any new item.

4. I love your app and look forward to working on it, but I hope you add sales report from the stock-in and stock out, so that I can know that the product which stock out easily is the product that is in demond.Not free..I'm so disappointed.

1. Fix BoxHero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BoxHero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BoxHero App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BoxHero" » Open BoxHero - Inventory Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BoxHero » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BoxHero - Inventory Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BoxHero servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BoxHero - Inventory Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BoxHero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BoxHero might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BoxHero. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BoxHero then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BoxHero not working

2. Fix BoxHero Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BoxHero be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BoxHero not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BoxHero may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
