1. I really need this app for my work so please fix it asap!Totally disappointed with these "updates" can't even load the app as it freezes everytime the pop-up screen says it updated to fix so called bugs.Newest update won't even get past the login.

2. I really like the vision link and I could print out forms from it such as fuel burn and run idle time to present to my operators to make them more aware of idle time.Wish I could give it a negative star rating... It Never loads.

3. At least it was working until I was forced to update.The app aknowledges my login and then sends me back to the login page again.

4. I quite enjoy the notification that the newest update "fixed bugs" yet the notification is what makes the App freeze.The app seems like only advertising.

5. I guess I need to memorize my serial numbers??? Hey Cat, take a look at what Komatsu (which we started buying more of to replace retired cat machines) offers.

1. Fix Cat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cat" » Open Cat® App: Fleet Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cat® App: Fleet Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cat® App: Fleet Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cat not working

2. Fix Cat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
