1. .Idk if it's just the app or the fact there isn't many jobs in my area right now but when I search a location it gives me no results and I searched 3 cities in my area with the zip code, state, and all i got was nothing but bo results I even tried switching up the trade to see if I'd get any results but still nothing.

2. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but same out come.I was trying to create an account and I was not able to select a branch, nor was I able to get past the first screen w/o selecting a branch.

3. Not to mention you can't select or find a branch or anything like that in this app that won't seem to update even after making plenty of space for the update package!!!! Horrible company.

4. When I search for jobs, Puerto Rico does not appear among the options.

5. App hasn't updated since two years ago (Jul 21, 2021) when it started saying to update to the new version, one that doesn't exist.The app is not working.

6. I'm just gonna have to call the local office and see if they can direct somewhere helpful.I tried my best but this app is terrible.

7. It wouldn't take my password (which was correct), so I tried to change it.

8. You are better off just calling a live rep on going to your local branch.Verification process is obnoxious.

1. Fix My Adecco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Adecco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Adecco App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Adecco" » Open My Adecco: Job Search & Career Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Adecco » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Adecco: Job Search & Career Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Adecco servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Adecco: Job Search & Career Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Adecco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Adecco might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Adecco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Adecco then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Adecco not working

2. Fix My Adecco Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Adecco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Adecco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Adecco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
