1. This is the only app where the fingerprint doesn't work seaml, I have to go through the Secure Hub to get to the Mail app- even when I'd logged in two seconds ago (I get error message options of Install or Quit), and I have to do that combo about ten times to get it to work.

7. This is a medical system and during the pandemic it is a joke to rely on this thing.Disables certain quality-of-life functions on my phone that have nothing to do with security.

8. I also don't see text message notification icon on the always-on display anymore until I wake up the phone.

9. It's like the phone doesn't sleep but hibernates instead.There is no aspect of this app that isn't stupid and poorly designed.

10. I can't wake my phone with the fingerprint sensor anymore, despite still being allowed to unlock it that same way.

11. I just won't have access to work emails once I leave my office.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Citrix Secure Hub Issues

1. Fix Citrix Secure Hub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Citrix Secure Hub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Citrix Secure Hub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Citrix Secure Hub" » Open Citrix Secure Hub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Citrix Secure Hub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Citrix Secure Hub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Citrix Secure Hub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Citrix Secure Hub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Citrix Secure Hub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Citrix Secure Hub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Citrix Secure Hub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Citrix Secure Hub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Citrix Secure Hub not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Citrix Secure Hub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Citrix Secure Hub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
