1. Forced to have Hub for work and now up to 3 other apps that I won't use/didn't need.Every few weeks "Secure Web has stopped" starts popping up on my Android phone.

2. Also, moving the account from one mobile to another is a very complex process and need admin support.Experiencing the same issue as others have reported with Secure Web "stopping" multiple times daily, and have been sending feedback per the popup request.

3. Usually it works for a week or so and then it starts behaving weirdly.I don't want this, I don't want this!! it keeps popping up through aggressive advertising, opening up the Google play store causing unbelievably rude interruptions to my work.

4. Super disappointment, but more importantly its counter productive.Only downloaded this app due to Secure Hub automatically opening the Google Play store with suggested apps it wants on the Hub homepage.

5. This makes the mail application unusable when someone sends me a link, since I can't open the link because my phone freezes.Noisy and doing a lot of strange notifications in the background.

6. This has never opened a link from secure email, I have to use my pc to open email links and chrome isn't an option.

7. So one star to you folks for being so non consumer friendly trying to force feed your other apps on usWorthless piece of trash.

8. Hub launches over any other items I may have open even though app permissions and the ability to take over the screen have been disabled to the best of my abilities.

1. Fix Citrix Secure Web Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Citrix Secure Web: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Citrix Secure Web App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Citrix Secure Web" » Open Citrix Secure Web » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Citrix Secure Web » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Citrix Secure Web app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Citrix Secure Web servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Citrix Secure Web" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Citrix Secure Web app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Citrix Secure Web might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Citrix Secure Web. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Citrix Secure Web then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Citrix Secure Web not working

2. Fix Citrix Secure Web Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Citrix Secure Web be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Citrix Secure Web not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Citrix Secure Web may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
