This app is very smoothly, work neatly; same file, same folder no other unnecessary unknown extra files, fully offline... need more features, file name encryption option, sometime even in size, encrypted file viewer as long as the right password saved i.e no need to re-encrypt it manually more options on controlled files.

2. always do this! then everything will work as usually.not all video codecs are supported by the built in player.you can only hear sounds.is there a way that a built in player can play it without decrypting?that will saves a lot of time.still files can still seen by prying eyes.it should hid it automatically within sdcard.maybe by changing its extension and its file properties.Solid app and does what it should, no fuss nor complex procedures.

Hope to see this in an update real soon!This app v is very good and seems to do good job and does give good protection and no issues with this app and I recommend this app for all your devices it's been a good app it has good setup easy to use and works and gives you service as it says it does try it out if you don't like it Uninstaller the program app but it won't harm your devices.Please make uploading easier, its hard for a beginner to find out how to upload files.

4. very annoying.I am hesitating and blaming an unsecured open wifi since i can not open any files.

5. it doesn't lock the folder.. so in this case the encryption is not on the directory but only on the files in it.

6. My main issue is that there should be an option to have encrypted files renamed with some random anonymous naming method.

1. Restart EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere" » Open EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EgoSecure Encryption Anywhere then reinstall.
