1. What does it do? IBM customer service is circa 1985.It needs internet connection, how are supposed to connect to internet on secure office network? Defeats the whole purpose!Absolutely useless, doesn't work on most office filesI am not able to open .xlsb file format please resolve thisPathetic application.

1. Fix MaaS360 Secure Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MaaS360 Secure Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MaaS360 Secure Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MaaS360 Secure Viewer" » Open MaaS360 Secure Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MaaS360 Secure Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MaaS360 Secure Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MaaS360 Secure Viewer servers.
