1. 1) workouts measure calories only by a level of intensity and time - would be nice to calc per exercise, reps, etc 2) The meal planning features are ok, but the shopping list is nearly useless - instead of showing how much of X you need in total, it shows a separate amount for each recipe; leaving you to add 25 diff measurements together 3) meal plans don't consider common ingredients- so your shopping list is crazy long and maximizes spoilage.After using MyFitnessPal forever and experiencing it going downhill in so many ways I started looking for alternatives.
2. You can also create custom recipes, log your ketones, set and customize intermittent fasting schedules, record exercise, write notes...This app does what it takes 3 of my other apps to do! The only down side is you can't change the time of something you record.
3. Carb Manager has changed my life for the better!This app is INSANELY helpful!!! Especially as a newbie to keto, it really helped me track calories AND net carbs AND glucose levels all at the same time.
4. It would be good if once a meal is entered there is a way to check it off so the reminder does not pop up on my phone still.Super easy to use, especially scanning your groceries! The premium side is pretty useless to me, so I'm not really bothered by not owning it honestly.
5. It's easy and so customizable! I can track my glucose, weight and weight goals, calories, macronutrients, and fitness all in one app! I can create custom foods, recipes and mark favorites as well.
6. If I ate my meals based on "net" carbs, I would go over my calories every day! You can see your total carbs, but I want that in the circle graph with the fat and protein!Absolutely the best tracker I've used...and I am not Keto.
7. It does give you recipes and things if that's what you're looking for, but I just needed a basic tracker and this exceeded my expectations.I paid for the upgraded version of this app and I try to use it every day.
8. It allows me to login different days, so if I'm busy or fall asleep I'm still able to login in my info.still I'm looking for a new app that does everything I need.Pretty easy to use.
9. Other than that, BRILLIANT!great for keeping track of your food, water and exercise output but limited if not the premium version.
10. The only thing to watch out for is making sure when you select premade foods (like Factor meals), they've been accurately entered.
11. Other than that, it's awesome!I find a lot of calculation errors, higher and lower than the actual amount of macros.
