1. I'll be avoiding Beurer products from now on.Unbelievably obtuse and infuriating in part because the product is total rubbish (a scale BF600), inother part because the "contact customer support DOESN'T WORK! Surreal experience....The app has a fancy interface.

2. Being able to sync information to my phone and track blood pressure over time is the main reason I opted for a unit with Bluetooth functionality.

3. Basically useless, it no longer has reasonable analysis of the data.I am using the app with BF720 scale.

4. At first the app worked, after three days of usage it does not connect to the scale nor gets the information from it.

5. Love the automatic transfer of data from the scale to the app via Bluetooth and archiving of the data.

6. Nobody expects limited phone compatibility these days from a serious company.This version is completely useless, it is a major step backward from the old version which was reasonably functional.

7. I frequently get an error message that the data on the app is different from that on the scale and it asks me whether to update it.

8. I've been using it for years and continuously get user assignment errors and can barely connect to the scale.

9. Also, I can't get any data from my 720 scale, it syncs with the pro app but not this one.

10. I don't think that measuring my blood pressure should require to share my location data for some marketing/research purposes.

11. Readding the scale has no effect.One of the worst apps from a reputable company I've ever had.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix beurer HealthManager Issues

1. Fix beurer HealthManager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart beurer HealthManager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the beurer HealthManager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "beurer HealthManager" » Open beurer HealthManager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for beurer HealthManager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear beurer HealthManager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from beurer HealthManager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "beurer HealthManager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check beurer HealthManager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, beurer HealthManager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall beurer HealthManager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall beurer HealthManager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing beurer HealthManager not working


2. Fix beurer HealthManager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make beurer HealthManager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to beurer HealthManager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, beurer HealthManager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
