My MS Manager Customer Insights

1. Downloaded this app and it doesn't ask for user name it asks for my email, I put it in and it says my email doesn't exist! I figured people were just leaving bad reviews..... no such luck, very disappointed! *not interested in emailing anyone!!!!!I couldn't even get past the registration stage.

2. This seemed like a good app to have, but it is pretty useless.FRUSTRATION. I ignored the negative reviews because I bought the developers assurances that it has been updated to resolve the issues at signup and sign-in.

3. My stupid games auto log in .... I erased the app after that which stinks as it had potential.WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY! First day journal entry saved, second day, "failed to save." Tried multiple times, same result.

4. UNINSTALLING and recommending others not to bother.Super frustrating!!! I've got to log in once and start adding information, now it will not accept my user email or password.

5. I've sent feedback and contacted the apps developer and haven't heard back from either! I really liked this app but I can't download it or Access it now!Scrolled back through the years over 500 times to get to my DOB when creating an account, entered all my info, then hit done.

6. After 7 attempts to create an account it still tells me "invalid credentials," so my rating is NEGATIVE TEN STARS; I gave one only to leave a review.

7. UPDATE I try and complete the registration and put all required information but it comes back invalid.Could still use some more work.

8. One catagory doesn't describe what it's checking, another part does not appear to work correctly.

9. I uninstalled it hoping it would reinstall and work, it won't reinstall no matter what I do!! I have the space on my phone, so it's not that.

10. Cant list all of my supplement ms meds....meh then the 2nd day it wouldn't let me log in and said I didn't exist.

11. I want to use this - but now I can't.....Had difficulty getting signed up at first, but got help from the developers and everything is working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My MS Manager Issues

1. Fix My MS Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My MS Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My MS Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My MS Manager" » Open My MS Manager® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My MS Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My MS Manager® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My MS Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My MS Manager®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My MS Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My MS Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My MS Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My MS Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My MS Manager not working


2. Fix My MS Manager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My MS Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My MS Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My MS Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
