Why should I report an Issue with Expense Tracker: Money Manager?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Visionary Labs to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

But overall, great job!So far so good, I'm taking 1 star off because I see this app doesn't roll over you're balance from the previous month when a new month begins, which is an inconvenience cause you have to do it manually, it would be a great app if that bug can be fixed...I will admit this app did allow me to keep track of my spending habits which has allowed me to have money when my next payday come around 😂 and I haven't been able to do that for months....fix the bug, otherwise good app.An excellent budget app.

However, it's missing some key features which I think should be incorporated in future versions: 1) some expenses are monthly (like rent, insurance, etc)..should be a check box to make it monthly 2) changing of colour schemes used (custom colors) 3) option to take a picture of receipt (if it exists - I didn't see it) 4) optional: if you have monthly bills coming out like on the 12th - some type of notification the day before and/or the day it's coming out.

3. I found it useful to see what you make vs spend! highly recommend it! What would make it a 5-star app? Not sure but I'm likely going to edit the review once I use it a few days :) update: Been using this for a few more days and I've really enjoyed using it to track my spending.

4. Once I put in my guaranteed monthly expenses - it quickly showed me how much I have in a month to spend on things I can control (like eating out, filling the car with gas, or the daily coffee I would buy).

5. Wanted to find how much I spend on monthly bills + my daily expenses & other things like gas, etc.

6. Because presently it is always reverting back to the global default of 'expense TYPE' view.I do like this, I normally write these things in a notebook, and I like seeing my earning/spending percentage.

7. Two things I would like to see : first, It would be nice to be able to delete any expense or income account which came pre defined with the app.

8. A small request to the developer: In the REPORTS section I always want to check the expenses by the 'payment MODE' (To keep tract of my credit cards).

9. An improvement could be to carry forward the balance from the previous day to count as income for today especially for those who get income on monthly basis.

10. I am a waiter and bartender and keeping up with my weekly or monthly income is not easy.

1. Fix Expense Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Expense Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Expense Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Expense Tracker" » Open Expense Tracker: Money Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Expense Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Expense Tracker: Money Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Expense Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Expense Tracker: Money Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Expense Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Expense Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Expense Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Expense Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Expense Tracker not working

2. Fix Expense Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Expense Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Expense Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Expense Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
