1. Don't want to give permanent access, so requires an extra click to 'allow this time' 2) having multiple accounts if's very cumbersome to 'switch' to the other accounts all the time.
2. Also app on my phone seems to reset itself randomly and loses its activation, which is very troublesome and means that I have lost days of work trying to reactivate my access.This is the worst app in its kind.
3. After installing this app, the secure folder does not work properly any more.Suddenly lost connection to all my accounts for vpn access this morning.
4. Why not a list of all accounts on the main screen where you can directly get a token for desired account?Repeatedly having problems activating the app recently, even though I was able to use it the night before.
5. Disappointing.Keep having the recurrent problem of not being able to get to the fingerprint authentication page.

7. It's always a hassle using this digipass app.Notifications do not appear on my Samsung S10+ so I have to manually enter code each time.
8. Once reinstall, I have to waste time waiting for my IT dept to set up my account while I'm working from home.
9. 2 things are bothering me really bad: 1) it requires Camera access to get token while it's only required for enrollment.
10. but this one has only fingerprint and sometimes the fingers are wet and it's irritating as we need this to login as this is 2nd factor authentication.
11. Banks 2fa authentication is relatively more reliable and does not exhibit problems associated with (1) to (4).
Hello,
Im requesting that my account from my mobile authentication app is deleted.
I need this deleted as i am requred to scan a new QR code on my Auth - ES app, and i cannot find anywhere that i can reset this on the application. I previously scanned a code in order to get an OTP, now i cannot remove this account to scan a new code,
Please remove this from my mobile application if possible.
