Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Digitone Issues
1. Fix Digitone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Digitone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Digitone App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Digitone" » Open Digitone » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Digitone » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Digitone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Digitone servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Digitone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Digitone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Digitone might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Digitone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Digitone then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Digitone not working
2. Fix Digitone Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Digitone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Digitone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Digitone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I would like to cancel this subscription and ask for a refund of the 43$ charged to me account. I never used this app as it was too difficult
I have been getting charged for a digitone purchase for many months now. I do not want these charges, I did not purchase this service- at least not knowingly. I want the service canceled and refunded. Thank you Andrea Howard
