1. Also if you miss a payment because of their unclear date they take back credit from any on-time payments you have that counted towards your raised credit limit at 6 on time payments!!!! I'll definitely be canceling this card not to mention the $65 a year fee.Even after multiple attempts the app still doesn't work.

3. My only complaint with this app at this point is, I wish the due date and minimum payment was on the homepage under the card rather than just the month.

8. I am also impressed with built in reward program and they make it easy to get credit line increase or lower rates.

11. Cap1, Citi, and Discover all have the minimum payment+ date directly displayed on the homepage and it's so much easier to find in my opinion.

1. Fix BrightWay Credit Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BrightWay Credit Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BrightWay Credit Card App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BrightWay Credit Card" » Open BrightWay Credit Card Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BrightWay Credit Card » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BrightWay Credit Card Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BrightWay Credit Card servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BrightWay Credit Card Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BrightWay Credit Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BrightWay Credit Card might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BrightWay Credit Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BrightWay Credit Card then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BrightWay Credit Card not working

2. Fix BrightWay Credit Card Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BrightWay Credit Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BrightWay Credit Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BrightWay Credit Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
