Kinecta Customer Insights

1. Time and again while trying to reconcile my checkbook to the Kinecta screen, it shuts me out and I have to sign in again! At the very least, I wish it were an adjustable setting.Edit: It turns out that you can change the options for biometric verification in the settings so it doesn't ask you for your fingerprint everytime you open the app (only when you try to log in) but I feel like it should be that way by default.

2. The two biggest things I miss, however, are 1) Being able to set the minimum transaction notification amount to $50 or less rather than $100, and 2) The check deposit feature in Xceed's app was more advanced and allowed use of the flash.

1. Fix Kinecta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kinecta" » Open Kinecta Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kinecta » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kinecta Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kinecta servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kinecta Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kinecta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kinecta might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kinecta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kinecta then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kinecta not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kinecta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kinecta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kinecta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
