1. Please allow editing,deleting on history and or ability to add extra onto a workout, also would be much better if all the days training was added together on the same day as opposed to logging seperately for say a test and a workout, looks messyI think that this is a perfect app but I really want the function of deleting some days from history.
2. Also, many other apps like this present a calendar view to display your pass workouts, to mark days that you have exercised.Stick to it to the best you can and you will see improvement.
3. I often use this warmup before starting with other apps' warmupsDoes not adjust the pace after workouts.
4. Its very hard at first, especially if you've never had back or arm muscles... however, I am doing an everyday the arm and chest workout app in conjunction...so I guess pick up one of those too.So far so good.
5. I like the warm up and after workout stretching, but what's really missing is the ability to see where you are once you start the program.
6. The pre-workout warmup is, in my limited experience, superior to many other fitness apps.
7. Only problem I have have is when I try to jump screens in between tests on my Samsung S9, i inadvertently hit the "next" or "finish" button.Good useful app.

9. The poor grammar can give you that feel that it's a third world app and that there may be some malicious intent but it had been vetted.
10. Because at the start I used second program which counts pulldowns (not pullups).
11. Love it how it seems scientific and sustainable in terms of improving your pullups.
