1. Increase in reps numbers is too steep, and if one needs to repeat almost every day at least twice, then the whole program would take much much longer than 6 weeks, assuming that progress is achievable and realistic.they asked nicely for a review so here ya go! this is a great app, I've been using this and some of their others for a while and if you're like me and struggle with discipline then having a clear program to follow really helps, and the feeling of progression does as well.
2. But at the very least I'm sure my own motivation will carry me from start to finish.Seems like a solid app so far, I think alot of the negative reviews are centered around these workouts requiring two pullups on day one, you do have a progressions section, so I think making that more prominent might solve that issue.
3. I tried multiple email ids without any success. The apps are good for a workout, but the reminder notifications are terrible and inconsistentI am currently following the plan but doing the reverse pull-up (see Q&A in app), I do each day twice as I feel it is necessary but am 100% progressing.
4. And I'm getting much stronger too! Thanks guys!I already had been doing pullups, just lacking discipline in my workouts and wanting something to keep me on track.
5. After 2 weeks of reverse versions, I will start again but doing pull-ups as outlined in the app help.I like the design of the app, it's nice, easy to use.
6. I've tried the app two times now and it seems to be great so far, It ramos up the difficulty nicely and I feel I'm on my way to doing 20 pullups in a row.
7. Also, I'd disagree with the NEVER use your thumb part of the tutorial, but that's besides thingsIt gives you a good progression to your workouts, so you can work your way up to your goal.
8. I actually have restarted it twice, since going from negative pull-ups to full pull-ups was too hard for me so I put in a couple weeks of chin-ups.
9. I'm about halfway through and it's felt great!great app and interface, but the workouts progress far too quickly.
10. I decided to try an app and I'm pleased that I found one that's really simple and easy to stay on track with.
11. After 3 weeks of training I am developing tennis elbows, they are starting be painful.
