1. Highly recommend this.it is recommended to have alert daily for a certain time they want to do the fitness..bcoz sometimes people getting busy and might forget to exercise daily..It was really good but until an add came up I could not get ride of it.

5. My only complaint is that you have to click 'back' to escape the ad.
6. It progressively gets more difficult and actually gets you to your goal.
7. If you click the 'X' it registers as a click.
8. I started off barely able to do 6 sit ups after having children.
9. It even reminds you to do your exercises with an optional notification.
