1. Which kind of makes the premium version unnecessary as you could just do the training plan on the basic version and know in your head which type of pull up you want to do.
2. Should there be a rest day after test pullups? Or just proceed next day? Or the same day ?I don't know how many people have reached the final gol with this app) but so far it's a nice app to track your progress.Premium version not necessary.
3. I've made real progress on this one, have tried others, and this, for me, is the most effective. It actually is helpful if new or wanting to get back into it again started week 1 with 2 pulls now in week 3 and getting 6 in a row loving itSolid app.
4. Bought the full version in the hope that it would give me training plans incorporating all types of pull up.
5. Instead you have to manually select a specific type of pull up and only get a training plan for that exercise.
6. Main question I have is with the test are you just doing as many as you can without letting go of the bar or just as many as you can do without being able to keep going? I'm guessing the latter?Nice app, like it as far as just one week.
7. Thanks for making these well-designed workout apps!Perfectly suitable for building up your pull ups.
8. It might be improved if it monitored different kinds of pull ups.
9. Basic app is ok though.Really like your apps, use them almost everyday for the different exercises such as squats and dips too.
10. You can do more reps than recommended and it will count them but it does not seem to allow additional sets.Excellent app.
11. Perhaps will restart the whole progress to sync with pushups.
