1. I try to redeem my extra benefit and get sent to a blank page over and over, when I get off the page and back to the app it needs me to login againTried to chat.
2. The chat kept breaking up with an error screen every few seconds making it extremely difficult to write messages.
3. Today I tried to get back on it and it's still saying the same thing! So I had to go to the closet hospital! I just hope & pray that Amerigroup will pay part of the bill!!Can't register to sign in.
4. The Amerigroup rep was helpful and supportive.Can not get into app!! I had a severe allergic reaction & couldn't find a place to go & get help, because the app kept say that they were working on it.
5. Who was this app made for? Certainly not members who require quick, easy access to their health data.Tried to open my app.
6. When I click update it takes me to the Google play page for the app but there is no option to update.
7. I strongly suggest if you have the opportunity to get a different insurance company, do it quickly.There are too many bugs, the app keeps stopping and nothing loads up properly.
8. Everytime I try to use the live chat I'm able to get someone, but after they start verifying our information we get disconnected.
9. They give you the options to connect with them through messages and live chat.
10. Tried my id number and reinstalling and it still says something went wrong, try again later.
11. After reading more of other people's reviews it seems that the ones that get an answer from the company is always the same.
